Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Sales-driven to meet business targets and goals, preferably with at least 2-3 years of sales experience in selling INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT.
- Exhibit a customer-focused attitude, an advocate of high-quality customer service.
- Can work independently as well as a team player.
- Should have admirable interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
Job Description:
The key role of the Sales Engineer is to establish and manage the sales and business development activities of RMEV ENTERPRISES INCORPORATED. This role should contribute to the Company’s sales increase while maintaining the margin expectations.
The critical focus is specification and sales activities, achieving the sales targets through projects with INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT Machines such as Mixing Process, Filling, Labeling, Cartoning, and so on. The activities may also include participation in industry organizations to promote the Company and its products.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the assigned supervisor to ensure support and execution of short-term to long-term business plans and strategic and policy development changes to improve organization profit and performance.
- Develop and implement a strategic partnership with engineers, procurement personnel, and management of customers.
- Prepare quotation and specification activity, accreditation, training, and technical presentations to customers.
- Be a trusted partner and support to customers by providing professional pre-sales and post-sales services, including technical support and troubleshooting when needed.
- Develop a clear understanding of the Company’s products and its applications assigned and provide training (internal and external) when required.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Provide reports as and when required.
- Feedback marketing on competitors’ activities, pricing, launching, and market trends.
