Job Description

I. Job Summary
The Customer Assistant/ Management trainee reports to the Store Head. As a  Customer Assistant/ Management trainee , you will be responsible for providing prompt, friendly, courteous and reliable service to our customers. Your role is to maintain customer service standards at the check-out counters and assist customers in the selling area.

II. Competencies

  • Skilled at communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at customer service and has a heart of service
  • Awareness in problem solving and decision making
  • Awareness on people management
  • Knowledgeable on inventory management
  • Knowledgeable on store operations compliance controls and quality standards
  • Knowledgeable on safety and security standards

III. Qualification

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year management course or any related course
  • Should have at least 6 months – 1 year work experience in the retail and food industry
  • Must be willing to be trained in all areas of operations & be assigned in any branch
