Job Description
MAJOR FUNCTION
1. Produces the required quantity and quality of products within specified time thru constant application of standard production process.
2. Adheres strictly to proper equipment and raw materials utilization.
3. Implements proper sanitation and good housekeeping of assigned area.
4. Adheres to punctuality standards.
5. Follows work station/assignment as directed by his Production Supervisor.
6. Prepares all kitchen equipment/utensils needed for his shift.
7. Prepares all raw materials needed for his shift.
8. Reads baker’s and finisher’s projection for his shift.
9. Adheres to standards baking and finishing procedures.
10. Implements proper basket handling.
11.Adheres to company Standard Operations Manual and policies and procedures.
12.Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
